feature: Binary E2E tests

Implemented the following E2E tests:
- src/wasm/test/wasm.test.binary.addnums.pas
- src/wasm/test/wasm.test.binary.arithmetic.pas
- src/wasm/test/wasm.test.binary.locals.pas
- src/wasm/test/wasm.test.binary.memroundtrip.pas
- src/wasm/test/wasm.test.binary.return42.pas
