Aaron 096db148d0 fat32: fix pre-alloc cluster leak; add write-handle ref-count
- Remove FAT_WRITE_PREALLOC_BYTES (redundant at typical cluster sizes)
- Simplify fatPreallocClusterCount to always return MAX_CLUSTERS
- FAT32CloseFile: truncate pre-allocated tail clusters back to ByteSize
on close, freeing FAT chain entries beyond the file's real size
- Add TFATWriteRef + WriteRefs[32] in TFATVolumeCtx and Registered flag
on TFATOpenFile to track concurrent write handles per dir entry
- fatRegisterWriteHandle / fatUnregisterWriteHandle: CLI-guarded slot scan
  keyed by (DirLoc.SectorLBA, DirLoc.EntryIdx)
- Register on first FAT chain extension in FAT32EnsureCapacityForWrite
- Truncation in FAT32CloseFile skipped unless this is the last writer
(prevents RunMap corruption in concurrent-open scenarios)
- Add forward decl for fatFreeClusterChain to fix ordering issue
- app.iotest: update default path to /disk/vol2/IOTEST.BIN

Aaron 663bfbb0e4 storage: lifecycle watch system, PFSFormatParams, vol busy/format flags, diskutil improvements
- Add TStorageLifecycleWatch with watch_lifecycle/unwatch_lifecycle API (up to 32 watchers)
- Add notify_lifecycle to broadcast mount/unmount/format events to registered callbacks
- Replace raw puint32 config in format_volume with typed PFSFormatParams
- Add volume_is_busy, volume_is_formatting, volume_set_mounted helpers
- Add lifecycleFlags field to TStorage_Volume for tracking busy/formatting state
- Expand app.diskutil with improved commands and volume state reporting
- Minor improvements to core.util, arch.x86.util, proc.mgr, VFS, and flatfs
- Remove obsolete driver.storage.fs.fat32.old.pas

t3hn3rd 2d190c221a feature: boot.mgr replace hardcoded init sequence with dependency-driven boot manager
Introduce boot.mgr - a self-registering, dependency-ordered boot
initialization framework with barrier-based phasing and glob pattern
matching. Units now declare their own init procedures and dependencies
via registerBoot()/registerBarrier() in their initialization sections,
boot.mgr.run() topologically sorts and executes them.

- Add src/boot/boot.mgr.pas with topoSort, glob matching, barrier
two-pass algorithm, and boot tree printer
- Gut src/asuro.pas (kmain): now just stores multiboot info, calls
  System.init(), boot.mgr.run, and yield()
- Add initialization sections with registerBoot() to 53 existing units
- Add new units: core.pas, test.pas, driver.storage.boot.pas,
  app.wasm.pas, app.bsod.pas (factored out of asuro.pas)
- Define 9 barrier phases: immediate -> early -> middle -> storage ->
  bus -> device -> bus.late -> late -> final
- Fix xHCI ISR: exclude PRC/WRC from PORTSC change bit clearing to
prevent race with port reset busy-wait
- Fix driver.bus.usb.core fire_completion_hooks: guard against uint32
  underflow when CompletionHookCount = 0
- Move auto_mount_volumes from device barrier to late barrier so it
runs after PCI scan discovers storage controllers
- Add toolchain/compile_initcalls.sh for boot entry extraction
- Add Boot Registration sections to all 51 doc files; create 4 new
doc files; rewrite boot.mgr.md; update mkdocs.yml nav

Aaron ee7dcd107b feat(filebrowser): add delete button to toolbar, fix FAT32 delete/rename with raw sector scanning
continuous-integration/drone/push Build is passing
continuous-integration/drone/pr Build is passing
- Add SYM_TRASH toolbar button wired to fb_delete_cb (was missing entirely)
- Filter '.' and '..' entries in fb_collect_cb so they never appear
- Rewrite deleteFile/deleteDir/renameFile to use raw sector scanning
instead of getDirEntries linked-list indices (fixes gap mismatch)
- Handle root directory correctly (use bootRecord^.rootCluster instead
of assuming entry 0 is '.')

Aaron 671c144ad5 fix: FAT32 >1024 byte read/write truncation, VFS write notifications & dir watch
- FAT32 writeFile: replace hardcoded spc=4 with bootRecord^.spc for

- FAT32 writeFile: update directory entry byteSize on disk after write
- FAT32 readFile: use dir^.byteSize instead of cluster-based estimate,
fix off-by-one in read loop, remove spurious +sectorSize allocation
- VFS: fire VFS_OnMutation on sync/async writes (cache invalidate + watch)
- VFS: invalidate all cache entries for volume on mutation (relPath mismatch)

- Extract file-type icon constants and mapping to core.gfx.fileicons
- Add core.search utility (getFileExtension, fmtFileSize, sortStringArray)
- Generate PUA bitmap icon fonts (32/64/128px) from Font Awesome via
  gen_file_icons.py + compile_icons.sh toolchain
- Integrate file dispatch into file browser (double-click triggers dispatch)
- Register notepad as handler for text file extensions
- Fix init order in app.mgr (filedispatch.init before app inits)

- core.strings: add int64ToString, doubleToStr (scientific notation for
very large/small values, fixed-point for normal range, trailing zero
trimming), plus unit tests for both
- asuro.pas: wire core.fmt.json.UnitTest into the boot test suite
- mkdocs.yml: add JSON nav entry under Formats

t3hn3rd e55da49900 feature: add architecture-agnostic kernel panic (BSOD) engine
continuous-integration/drone/push Build is passing
continuous-integration/drone/pr Build is passing
Introduce core.panic, a new architecture-agnostic kernel panic engine
with a pre-allocated LVGL BSOD screen. The screen and all widgets are
created at init time so that zero LVGL allocation occurs at panic time.

Layout features:
- Top banner with decoded teapot TGA image (128x128) and title/subtitle
- Two-column content area with dark semi-transparent cards:
  - Left: Fault Details, CPU Registers, Process Info, System Info
  - Right: Call Stack (full height)
- Pastel red background (#7A2828), monospace text for data sections

Key changes:
- Add core.panic.pas with pre-built BSOD screen, register/trace/system
info formatting, hex conversion helpers, and syslog fallback
- Add arch.x86.panic.pas as the x86 bridge: packs interrupt registers
into a TRegisterSnapshot and calls core.panic.panic()
- Simplify all 19 x86 fault handlers to one-liner panic calls
- Remove legacy BSOD code from arch.x86.util.pas
- Add teapot.tga (256x256) embedded via splash_tga.asm
- Add LVGL bindings: lv_refr_now, lv_image_create, lv_image_set_src,
  lv_image_set_scale, lv_image_set_inner_align, and style helpers
- Wire up panic init and test command in asuro.pas

  hooks (rd_Read, rd_ReadDir, rd_ReadOffset, rd_Identify) and mount via

directory + leaf name, list the parent via readDirCallback, and check
each entry's type so individual files are correctly identified as pvFile
instead of always returning pvDirectory or pvInvalid.

Remove prog_count := 0 from init so programs registered before
desktop.init (e.g. notepad, diskutil) are no longer wiped.

  parameter from vfs.OpenFile calls.

- progmanager: clean up duplicate uses clauses and remove invalid
